Moreover they are dedicated to spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ among the Quechua people, the descendents of the Incas.
As of May, 2011 the hospital has registered 75,000 patient visits. Most of these patients have been poor Quechuas.
The Diospi Suyana Hospital has been featured in 23 TV-reports in Peru. In the mass media it is usually called “the hospital of faith”.
